Configure Inadyn Config Download Servers Will

Our web- and download servers will be unavailable during this window.

I have tryed to reconfigure the config file, but it still only updates every 30min.

If I manualy run the inadyn command with the correct switches via terminal, it works great, however restarting the dreambox halts this operation.

How can i have it startup automaticly on boot Baring the standard config file, as that only updated every 30min Thanks Mark.

Can i just make to folder How should my script look, and what should it be called I have never made one.

Just do a vi varetcinit, paste the commands in, save the file, and just in case flag it executable (chmod 775 varetcinit).

If you install it, it will be run in the background as you noticed.

Just edit the configuration file varetcinadyn.config.

The --updateperiodsec is the update interval in seconds.

It only wants to update after 30min i have changed the config as advised, however still does not update.

The ip will only change about once a day, but as soon as it does, dyndns needs to be updated.
